We typically begin our wine tours at 10:45am from our meeting location and typically get back between 4:15-4:30pm.
Yes! Our gratuity is included into the final ticket price.

Guests have the opportunity to purchase assurance for their tickets at booking. Anyone with assurance may cancel up to 48 hours in advance of the tour to receive a refund back onto their credit card minus the assurance fee.

Any bookings without assurance, all tickets sold are non-refundable, but a credit voucher will be issued for your ticket price with 48-hour notice.

Each winery pours 5-6 one-ounce servings.

No, our cable cars are all open air and are naturally heated and cooled by the elements. So, dress appropriately like you are riding in a convertible.

Yes, would you like a cable car or a cable car? We only operate cable cars in Napa Valley, so what you see is what you get!

We operate year-round and in all weather unless we deem it too dangerous for a wine tour. Our trolley and cable car have windows that can be rolled down to protect from the elements.

The San Francisco motorized cable cars are 28 – 30 passengers.

We allow all registered service animals on the tour.
All of our tours are 21+.

No, each guest is responsible for their tasting fees. As we visit more upscale wineries, these fees can range anywhere between $20-$75 at each location. However, many wineries will waive tasting fees with the purchase of bottles or joining their wine club!
